My simple Rebuttal to the Pro Telco Immunity crowd
There were a couple of Pro Immunity editorials today, one at Opinion Journal and another at the Washington Post.
My reply is simple.
If you could be trusted with our liberty I might be inclined to let you slide. Your willingness to embrace the current administrations distaste for freedom tells me that this so called vital service is a sham. The information you gather will be misused as sure as the sky is blue and water is wet.
If you break the law for the sham war on terror, which is unfortunately sliding into a war on liberty you deserve what you get.
I say, absolutely no amnesty for telcos.
