Prosecutors vs Persecutors
One thing ailing our justice system is the fact we are overrun by Persecutors masquerading as Prosecutors.
How can you tell the difference? Simple
A Prosecutor seeks truth and justice. A persecutor seeks a conviction no matter right or wrong. Bcause of our mass of wrong headed laws and our national win at any cost culture our judicial system has become overloaded with persecutors. Instead of accomplishing the maximum social good its slowly turning America into Cell Block One.
Stopping this trend requires that we rethink how we use the law, what the law should be and making sure that adequate funds for justice is provided for the defendant so that a person can indeed be innocent till proven guilty.
If we fail to do this, our once free country will resemble little more than an open air jail.
