Are Conservatives Inherently More Fearful?

Again I don’t endorse all the findings but it is interesting.
My biggest concern about this sort of thing is that it makes it all too easy to demonize opponents. I worry about science being used into some Soviet Style Psychiatric Politics, you know “My opponent doesn’t trust the government he must have a mental disorder”
There are people who won’t learn, change their minds regardless of evidence or to scared to think straight. I accept that sorry fact. However it is incumbent on us to make sure that disagreement on issues or a differing world view is not equated with mental illness.
Thats a sure road to ruin, even if your correct.
